The location was good - 20 minutes walk from the Train Station and 10 minutes from the town centre. The hotel is very close to a tram stop which made longer journeys easy. The Staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

We arrived very late in the evening in heavy rain. The receptionist was very helpful in helping us to find the car park even though he was getting wet too!

Breakfast was a very good selection of food- the croissants were beautifully light and small so one didn't feel like one was eating a huge one. The rooms were very well lit and airy. The room service was exceptional. We got some very lovely touches to our dinners - much appreciated. The staff were always friendly and helpful at all hours.
